tool-organizer which is now widely used by local and multinational

His areas of competence vary from life-improvement, financial
management, leadership, systems and productivity improvements,
team-building, and other specialized modules that will unleash the
highest potential in people. He served as senior consultant to a
number of company leaders and CEOs of different companies and was
responsible for helping them in organizational development that
impacts productivity and generation of more sales. He has
participated in The Club Segment Series featuring financial
management which were aired in different television channels.
Among the companies he worked for were Systems and Encoding
Corporation, a U.S. based company engaged in data conversion and
systems development where he served as Vice President, with 700
people under him. He also worked with Barclay International
Manufacturing Corporation as Operations Manager. He also gained a
wealth of experience during his stint at the Department of Budget
and Management during the regime of President Corazon Aquino.
He graduated with a bachelor's degree in B.S. Management and
Industrial Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology. He is
happily married to Avelynn Regalado-Garcia. They are blessed with
four wonderful sons.
