Unleash International is in the business of unleashing the highest potential in people towards success, happiness and significance through the conduct of licensed and originally authored, world-class, high-impact training programs.
Unleash International has been in the business since 1994 (Unleash International started with the corporate name Shepherd Philippines Corporation, and changed its corporate name in 1998) and earned the trust and confidence of clients in different fields such as banking, telecoms, food industry, broadcasting, media, prints, schools, government agencies, NGOs, information technology, real estate, semicon, airfreight, forwarding corporations, marketing, health, insurance, farm, hospitals, and a lot more…

Unleashers Club International
The Unleasher's Club International was established to help participants sustain the passion and the excitement from the training by providing them a venue where they can carry on the unleashing. Today, there are hundreds of Unleasher’s Club members all over the country who meet on a regular basis and engage in mind-stimulating activities that not only feel their enthusiasm for tapping into their highest potential, but strengthen team spirit as well. Through these activities, they are able to sustain the inspiration and excitement begun during the training. Thus, their unleashing continues!
Tulong Ko Pasa Mo (TKPM) Movement
Among the crucial aspects of the whole cycle of unleashing is its application to daily life. For this purpose, the Tulong Ko Pasa Mo (TKPM) was begun. It is the most important task that the Unleasher’s Club members undertake: To make pro-active helping a lifestyle by looking out for at least three people to give help to on a regular basis. This movement aims to create and spread among Filipinos a consciousness of generosity, wich in turn will set in motion a cycle of helping and giving without expecting anything in return. The TKPM Movement is seen as a powerful means of influencing the Filipino psyche and effect change, one Filipino at a time, towards turning this country into a nation of givers, rather than takers.
